Card for a Challenge (again)

I am a stampin' fool! I have to admit... I am back into the groove of stamping and making cute little greeting cards for friends and family. I have been crafty since I was a little girl, but when my sixteenth birthday rolled around, I was asking for an embossing gun, powder and new stamps- not a car! So, that being said, I have been stamping, on and off for 17 years! The stamping led to scrapbooking, then to making my own felties and now back to card making... I guess what goes around actually does come back around! Ok, now for my card...

Pink Elephant Challenge- recipe: 2 squares, 1 ribbon, something that sparkles

This picture isn't so hot... The card is pale pink, mounted on kraft, then attached to an ivory card. The stamp is Magenta (an old one, and my mom's fave). Pink papers are K&Co., Cut-n-Paste.

This card is for my friend who's baby girl has had 2 open heart surgeries, she is only 2 weeks old. She came through the second operation with flying colors, doing great and came home this past Monday. Faith is a very BIG thing!
