That I didn't get chosen as a "Stamping Royalty" finalist for Paper Crafts magazine. That's okay... I just may continue to try. Last year, in 2009, I made a New Years resolution, and it was to actually send in some creations (scrap layouts and cards) to try and be considered for publication. I wasn't successful in 2009, so the same resolution was made in 2010. I have tried... and still, no dice! Boo! So, I think it's safe to say, these items I sent in didn't get picked (yet) and so I will share them here, with you...

ReplyDeletewell miss amanda, i can see IMMEDIATELY what the publication problem is: clearly the mags are afraid that if they publish these DIVINE & original cards allllllll the other cards will look a bit sad in comparison!!! let's face it, you're just TOO GOOD!!! :) :) :)
ReplyDelete(seriously missus...these are FAB!!! remember, the mags are picking based on what their themes are for each issue & what cards have already been commissioned from sponsors, etc; so when they go to "fill in" with reader cards they need stuff to blend in...w/o being too similar to what they have. i can say with absolute confidence that NO ONE could reject these for cause...just keep sending in and you will GET THERE i am sure!!!)
